THE RISING

This 10-piece band will take you through a journey of Rock and Soul music from Springsteen, Southside Johnny, and classic soul tracks. All funds raised will be donated to Calaiswood School in Dunfermline which provides specialist education to children and young people who have complex and additional support needs.

The Rising, who have replicated the music of Springsteen over the last 14 years throughout Scotland, England, and Europe, are delighted to perform with the Horn section to provide an authentic E street sound. They will also perform tracks from Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes and include a selection of soul classics such as Sweet Soul Music.

Manager, Irene Lawrie explained that the dynamic seven-piece band always includes a sax player in their line-up, as the sax solos are fundamental to the E street band sound.

“We are very excited with this opportunity to play with the full brass section and provide fans of Springsteen and classic soul music an evening of quality live music.” said Irene.
