Fire Station Creative is a unique art gallery venue in the heart of the city of Dunfermline.  Inside the old art deco Fire Station building, our friendly and welcoming venue hosts a wide range of activities for you to enjoy.

Open Wednesday – Sunday

Fresh food everyday

Our cafe is situated in our art gallery. We serve coffee, cakes, light bites, brunch, and lunch throughout the day, with options to suit every taste and appetite. You can also enjoy cocktails and mocktails with us at our bar every Friday and Saturday.

We serve hot food from the menu until 3pm in the daytime.

Perfect For Groups

Our art gallery is perfect for catching up with friends and family for a tasty lunch or enjoying a great night out with drinks and live music at the weekend.

We also offer venue hire for private occasions and celebrations, from Birthdays to anniversaries, or social events and group meetings.

Space for Artists

We are home to over 30 artists on the floors above our art gallery. There are painters, printmakers, graphic designers, jewelers, photographers, ceramicists, textile designers, upholsterers, upcyclers, illustrators, and sculptors.

The studios are normally closed to the public but we do host Open Studio weekends twice a year.

We host a wide range of activities in our classroom area covering everything from life drawing to yoga. If you are interested in learning new skills or refreshing old ones then get in touch to join a class or even start running your own classes here at FSC.

Every month we feature a new exhibition in our gallery space from both established and upcoming artists. We also host a range of musicians EVERY weekend with our FREE sessions and keep an eye out for special one-off events too.

Went to firestation creative yesterday. Didnt have lunch but there was open workshop day for the artists. Seen some great pictures for sale and interesting items.

Highly recommended AND dog - friendly 😁 Great atmosphere, very friendly. Take your dog! Good menu. Been twice, so glad we found it. Great coffee, goulash special was fantastic, delicious and a good portion size. The Vanilla and Strawberry cheesecake was so good I wanted to lick my plate....😋 Highly recommended.

This place is on fire 🔥. Ironically ☺️ This venue is the only option in Dunfermline for a creative, cultural breakfast, lunch, dinner or classy night out with friends. The people working there offer great service with a smile. Go for the quality entertainment, for the brilliant food. We love it!

Amazing The Simpson party of 6 attended the Hogmanay and it exceeded our expectation, the band was fantastic, the attention to detail was amazing, from the piper with the glass of Prosecco to the survival kit at the end of the evening. Thank you for making our new year special
